Exchange and Return Policy
In our commitment to customer satisfaction, Royal Cat Store allows the return or exchange of the product within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of receiving the order, according to the following conditions:
First: Cases in which the store bears the shipping costs
The store will bear the full costs of return or exchange in the following cases:
- Receiving a damaged product.
- Receiving a product in a defective condition.
- Receiving a product different from the order.
Second: Cases in which the customer bears the shipping costs
If you wish to return or exchange for reasons other than those mentioned above, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The amount is refunded to the customer after the store receives the shipment and confirms that it meets the return conditions, and then the amount is transferred according to the approved payment mechanism.
